COVID-19 NOTICE: To maintain the safety of our staff we are currently not accepting returned products at this time. If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us to allow us to help address the issue. Please make sure to check your spam box in case our emails do not get delivered to your inbox. 

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES (U.S.) WITHIN 14 DAYS:

No refunds on digital goods.

If you would like to return or exchange an item, let us know via email. We deal with returns on a per-item basis.
If you wish to make a return contact us first to discuss the matter before sending your items back. 
We do not cover shipping costs for returns/exchanges. 
No returns or exchanges after 14 days. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. No returns for worn or washed items. 

Any return and/or exchange sent in after the allotted time will not be issued a refund and the items will not be sent back.

We do not accept items to be exchanged that were already previously exchanged.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES (OUTSIDE U.S.):

All sales are final outside the U.S.
